MEET OUR CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
SHA NUNLEY
Sha Nunley serves as the Children’s Ministry Director at Whitwell Church of God, where she faithfully leads our ministry for children from toddlers through 5th grade. With a heart full of passion and a deep commitment to sharing the love of Jesus, Sha plays a vital role in helping our youngest members grow in their faith.
Sha has a God-given gift for connecting with children and making the truths of Scripture come alive in a way they can understand and embrace. Her vision is not just to teach Bible stories, but to lay a strong spiritual foundation that will guide our children throughout their lives. Under her leadership, children are taught who Jesus is, how to live for Him, and how to walk daily in His love and truth.
One of the highlights of Sha’s ministry is teaching children the joy of Expressive Worship—helping them discover how to praise God with their whole hearts, minds, and bodies. Whether through songs, movement, or creative expression, she creates an environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, and excited to worship Christ our Lord and Savior.
Sha is supported by a dedicated team of assistants who share her passion for children’s ministry. Together, they ensure that every child who walks through our doors feels loved, valued, and empowered to follow Jesus.
We are incredibly thankful for Sha and her leadership. Her faithfulness, energy, and heart for children make her a cherished and irreplaceable part of our ministry team here at Whitwell Church of God.
